    Couple's Retreat with Luxurious Touch

    The service was beyond great, especially the concierge who helped with dinner reservations and gave recommendations that left us thrilled. I was particularly impressed when I ordered room service for breakfast and they delivered the most delicious truffle eggs right on time, fantastic.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable.

    The staff were eager to help and provided a lovely breakfast with the best food served in an amazing setting and cheese, for example. Location: the hotel was very close to the palace, The opera house, St Stephens cathedral and all the best shopping and great restaurants, the shopping streets, and the Park Hyatt chain-mixed.

    Excellent location right in the heart of the city. The thoughtful design of the Beautiful King Room with a view provided both comfort and elegance. Marie-Theres, the duty manager, offered personalized service that elevated our experience. The hotel's spa facilities stood out.

    The snack at the cafe was good. The service from the reception was pleasant, cordial and created a good feeling of "being welcome". The unexpected upgrade to an even more beautiful room was the icing on the cake.

    Excellent location, beautiful building. My room is extremely small this time. Biggest weakness: Gastropersonal (actually everywhere - in bar, cafe and restaurant) is really useless. Slow, unfriendly, incompetent, partly impudent.

    Hospitality staff is really an issue, so a solution must be found that affects the whole stay. The location is outstanding, but the staff (reception/concierge excluded) is no go.

    I had an very nice experience with the spacious treatment rooms and the amazing breakfast spread, especially those pastries! The indoor pool was just perfect for relaxing after a long day. I'd definitely come back!
